Saudia Real Estate and Sumou Real Estate Partner on a Mixed-Use Development in Jeddah

Saudia Real Estate, a subsidiary of Saudia Group, has signed a strategic agreement with Sumou Real Estate Company to deliver a mixed-use development within Saudia City in Jeddah, in the presence of H.E. Engr. Ibrahim Al-Omar, Director General of Saudia Group, and Engr. Essam Kalthoum, Managing Director of Sumou Real Estate. 

The agreement was signed by Mr. Fahad Moussa, CEO of Saudia Real Estate, and Engr. Jarallah Al‑Amrah, CEO of Sumou Real Estate, marking a significant step forward in delivering high-quality real estate developments that support sector growth and enhance tourism activity.

Under the agreement, Sumou Real Estate will lead the development and execution of the project, which spans 78,374 square meters in the southwestern part of Saudia City and benefits from strategic accessibility and connectivity to major road networks.

The mixed-use development will feature a blend of commercial, administrative, and entertainment components, alongside open spaces, modern amenities, and pedestrian-friendly walkways. Designed with a contemporary architectural approach, the project integrates sustainability and smart design principles to enhance walkability, operational efficiency, and long-term value.

Engr. Jarallah Al‑Amrah added that the collaboration represents a strategic step in strengthening the partnership with Saudia Real Estate, expanding Sumou’s investment portfolio, and supporting sustainable urban development aligned with the Kingdom’s rapid urban growth.

This agreement aligns with Saudia Real Estate’s broader strategy to deliver integrated developments in partnership with specialized developers, contributing to economic growth and supporting Saudi Vision 2030 objectives to diversify the economy and enhance investment attractiveness.
